CUSTOMER PROFILES

Customer profiles generally describe the behaviour of the individuals or companies that will purchase your product directly from your company. A good customer profile will describe the factors that motivate the purchase (the reasons why they buy it), the method in which the purchase occurs (for example: in person at a store, over the Web, etc.), and the price they are willing to pay.
