Here you will find the schedule of events for the coming year, including dates for information sessions and important deadlines. Please check back here often, as dates of Info Sessions are subject to change.

FINAL BUSINESS PLANS DUE SOON

This is a friendly reminder that FINAL business plans are due on Friday, March 14th, no later than 5PM. An electronic version of the plan should be emailed to Ben Gibbs at bgibbs@jhu.edu.

Very Important Dates

Friday, March 14, 2008: Final versions of business plans are due no later than 5PM

Monday, March 24, 2008: Participants receive notice on whether or not they will advance to the semi-finals.

Friday, March 28, 2008: Twelve teams in each category will participate in the semi-finals.

Monday, March 31, 2008: Teams are informed if they are advancing to the finals.

Friday, April 4, 2008: Finalists participate in mock presentations before final event.

Friday, April 11, 2008: Final event held; winners decided by panels of judges and announced.

Opportunities to Turn in Draft Business Plans

You will have three (optional) opportunities to turn in a draft of your business plan for comments and feedback. Please note that the second opportunity to turn in a business plan draft has been pushed back. The deadlines to turn in draft plans are:

Wednesday, November 21, 2007: First opportunity to turn in draft business plans.

Friday, February 1, 2008: Second opportunity to turn in draft business plans.

Friday, February 22, 2008: Third opportunity to turn in draft business plans.

Tuesday, February 5, 2008: Info Session will be held in the Computational Sciences Engineering Building (CSEB), Room 320 at 5:30PM

Thursday, January 31, 2008: Info Session will be held in the Bodian Conference Room at 4:00PM

Friday, October 19, 2007 @ 2:00PM in the 1830 Building, Suite 2-108 on the East Baltimore campus.
