Prospective Dancers
Please send an e-mail to ballet@jhu.edu if you are interested in becoming a part of our company. We have opportunities for dancers of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced and pre-professional trained dancers.
We teach classes at the Caplan Dance Studio of the Mattin Center (located at the Homewood campus). Our class schedule is as follows: advanced classes from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Mondays, and beginner classes from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. These classes are open to all Hopkins affiliates, and they are taught by members of the company. Please feel free to drop in!
We also have performance opportunities! Rehearsals usually take place in the Caplan Dance Studio on Sundays from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise scheduled by the choreographer. If you are interested in performing with us, please let us know!
