How to add continuous narration to all slides in your PowerPoint presentation

Here, you will make use of the PowerPoint ‘Record Narration’ feature. The procedure is outlined below:

  • Start PowerPoint and open the presentation you wish to add sound to. If you are starting a new presentation, first create your slides including the textual and graphical data and then proceed to add the narration.
  • Click on the Slide Show tab in the toolbar at the top. Proceed by clicking on the Record Narration selection. A new window will pop up.
