Adoremus is Johns Hopkins University`s Christian a cappella group, begun in 1995. We sing on the Johns Hopkins Uniiversity campus and in the Baltimore area.
Our theme this year is "Love that fills and overflows." We sing about our God and the love that he gives--about his love that pursues us even when we run away from him, and how he welcomes us back with open arms when we come back to him. This is the God who gave his son Jesus for us on the cross, that in his ultimate display of love by his sacrifice for us, we can be free from guilt and regrets, free from death, made alive to love him and love others. That is why we sing, because we have found that the only love that satisfies, that sustains us, and that overflows is found in Christ alone.
