The Johns Hopkins University Women’s Network promotes leadership, professional development, and networking. A new program for network members, the JHUWN Book Club, anticipates launch in the fall. Members select the books to read and discuss. If you are interested in participating in the book club, help us get started by filling out the book club survey.

A Celebration of Culture and Diversity

The evening includes the dedication of a people pole, a symbol of our
commitment to embracing cultures and peace around the world, and
entertainment from the following dance groups:
The Moving Company, Dorothy Holley's Nyame Nti Cultural Arts, Latin American
folklore, Greek Dancers from St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, Namyanka
Performing Arts
Light refreshments will be served. In the case of rain, the celebration will be held indoors at the Asthma and Allergy Center.

21st Annual Spring Luncheon
The 21st Annual Spring Luncheon was held on May 9, 2008 and hosted by the Homewood Chapter. This year's speakers were Mary Pat Clarke, Honorable Councilwoman and Maggie McIntosh, Honorable Delegate, who spoke about the obstacles they faced in their careers, along with the challenges and opportunities for today's working woman. In addition the 2008 leadership awards were presented to four remarkable women.
