Abel Wolman House

Abel Wolman House is the former family home of Abel Wolman, longtime professor and chairman of sanitary engineering at Johns Hopkins, winner of the Lasker Award and the National Medal of Science, and creator of a dependable method for making drinking water safe. The building today is home to the Office of Conference Services and the Homewood campus satellite office of the Office of Government, Community and Public Affairs.
