As a result of the feedback received from the survey, we have:

  • Created a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) that directly address the issues most often raised by SOM staff as being a source of dissatisfaction, misunderstanding or inconsistency.

  • Renewed our commitment to delivering the best HR services possible including the creation of a confidentiality statement.
