What's Happening in Benefits
ANNUAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD CLOSED
Online annual enrollment for JHU employees ended on November 12. All benefits eligible employees will receive a confirmation of their enrollment by mail in mid December. If you determine after receiving your confirmation that your enrollment is not correct, please follow this procedure:
- Email the university Benefits Service Center at benefits@jhu.edu no later than 12/31/08 with the correction(s).
- Enter “2009 Annual Enrollment Correction” in the Subject line.
- You will receive a return email acknowledging receipt of your request.
- A corrected Confirmation Statement will be mailed to you in mid January or earlier.
If you completed the Health Risk Assessment before 11/30/08, you will see the additional benefit dollars reflected on your confirmation. Benefit Dollars from the HRA and the Rate Relief will be added to your paycheck beginning with the 1/15/09 pay and paid over the remaining pay periods in the year.
