Welcome to Mail Services

As the close down date is approaching, Please remember to forward all your mail to the address you will be staying at over the summer
.

Please follow the link in the side menu bar to change your address or pick up a change of address form at the Wolman Housing Office or the Wolman and Charles Commons Mail Rooms. Remember to check "Permanent Change" rather than the "Temporary Change," because you will not be returning to the same address and mailbox next year! We recommend you change your address to your permanent home address for the summer. Please note, you can do another change of address form at the end of the summer to have your mail sent to your new campus box.

Housing & Dining Services is responsible for managing mail & package deliveries for all of our student residents. We have three mail room facilities in operation. The Wolman Housing Office is responsible for managing two mail rooms, one in Wolman Hall and the other in Charles Commons. The AMR II Housing Office is responsible for managing the AMR II Mail room.

The AMR II Mail room manages federal mail and package deliveries for all students residing in AMR I & II and Buildings A&B.

The Wolman Hall Mail room manages both federal mail and package deliveries for students residing in both Wolman & McCoy Halls, as well as, all package deliveries for residents of our Bradford Apt. building. The Wolman Mail Room also provides UPS shipping services, some USPS shipping services, packaging supplies, stamps, and fax services for students.

The Charles Commons Mail room manages federal mail and package deliveries for its residents and all package deliveries for residents of our Homewood Apt. building.

Each resident of Bradford & Homewood has a private mail box located in the lobby of their apartment building set up to receive federally (United States Postal Service) delivered lettered mail only.

NOTE: When sending mail and/or packages to your son or daughter please use the exact mailing address format given (see 'Things You Need To Know'). Please do not include, "Johns Hopkins University" in your son or daughter's mailing address. Student resident mail that includes "Johns Hopkins University" is, at times, being delayed, misdirected and misdelivered.
