> Get Involved with Current Students
You can make a difference in the life of a student! There are many
ways for you to get involved with the Career Center and current
Hopkins students.
- The best way for students to learn about
careers is from talking with experienced professionals like you.
Each semester we offer a number of educational and training workshops
to expose and prepare students for various career fields. We are
always looking for willing speakers and panelists! We also offer
field trips and experiential shadow opportunities. Let us know
your area of expertise and we will fit you in. Past alumni events
have included case interviewing workshops, resume workshops, and
industry panel discussions. To get involved, contact Tracy Carter,
Assistant Director of Programming & Outreach, at 410-516-8056
or tracy.carter@jhu.edu.
- Update your information in InCircle, the
online alumni database.
You could be a mentor to a student interested in learning more
about what you do. The Career Center advises students to use InCircle
for a variety of goals: researching careers or specific organizations,
asking advice about further education, looking for internships,
starting their networking efforts, and more. Make yourself available
to student questions by updating your information today at http://alumni.jhu.edu.
