Tutoring begins September 15 th and runs until final exams begin in December. Students wishing to sign-up for tutoring should view our tutoring schedule. This schedule may change slightly from week to week.

How to Reserve a Tutoring Session Seat

Students may sign-up one week in advance for specific tutoring sessions. Students must be currently enrolled in the course in order to receive tutoring. Students must also have attended all scheduled classes.

To reserve a seat, students should view our schedule and identify the relevant session(s) you wish to attend. Students then stop by the Office of Academic Advising to sign up on the roster.

STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR 6-CHARACTER HOPKINS ID IN ORDER TO RESERVE A SEAT. The Hopkins ID can be found in ISIS, under the student’s account. Select “Personal Info”, then select “Summary”. Your Hopkins ID can be found at the top of the screen under “Biographic Information”.

Seats for sessions are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All groups may contain a maximum of six students.

To cancel a reservation, visit the Office of Academic Advising at least 8 hours prior to the tutoring session. Students who reserve a seat and do not show will have a “no show” marked on their record. Students who are more than 15 minutes late for a session will have a “no show” marked on their record.
