Publications
There are a wide variety of student-run publications, from the weekly campus newspaper the News-Letter (the oldest student newspaper in the United States) to literary magazines to a specialized journals on film. Below are descriptions of a few of these publications:

The News-Letter—weekly student newspaper at the Homewood campus

Prometheus—the Hopkins student journal of philosophy

Vox—surveys student opinions on a range of topics and then publishes, once each semester, a compilation of its findings with articles relevant to the topics surveyed

Zeniada—a semiannual literary magazine that publishes each spring semester. It publishes student fiction, essays, poetry, photography, and artwork
